What we sell
The Personalized Pet Photo Christmas Ornament ($24.99, free U.S. shipping) is made to order using your pet’s photo and your pet’s name.
Personalization
- At checkout you upload one photo (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP; max 10 MB; one file) and enter your pet’s name (max 30 characters).
- Before anything is produced, we email you a digital proof of your ornament artwork.
- Before you approve, you may request reasonable changes (for example, cropping or name spelling). Production begins only after you approve the proof — after approval the design is locked and further changes may no longer be possible.
Pricing, payment, and tax
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and shown excluding tax. U.S. shipping is free — unconditional, no minimum order.
- Tax: Texas sales tax is calculated at checkout on orders shipped to Texas addresses, at the combined rate in effect for our place of business in McKinney, Texas. We do not currently collect sales tax in other states.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. PeacePets does not see or store your card number.
Production and shipping
- Every ornament is custom-made after proof approval. Shipping options and estimated timelines will be provided before you place your order. Tracking is provided on shipment.
- If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you promptly and give you the choice of a full refund or agreeing to the delay.
Cancellations
- You may cancel free of charge at any time before you approve your proof — just email support@peacepets.store.
- Once you approve your proof, we release your design to our fulfillment partner and production begins. From that point the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
- If you never approve your proof, nothing is produced, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time.
Your photo
- You confirm you own the photo you upload or have the right to use it for a personalized product.
- Uploaded photos are used only to produce your ornament and provide order support. We protect them with server-level controls: direct web requests to the photo-upload folder are refused without authorization, and viewing is limited to authorized order handling. As with any internet-connected system, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access is impossible. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to request deletion.
Permitted use
Use this site for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse PeacePets content or branding.
Information accuracy
We work to keep product information accurate. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before production.
