Are the images actual product photographs?
The product pages include genuine product photographs of our ornaments. Any image labeled “concept” is an illustrative mockup.
Can I order or upload a photo now?
Yes — PeacePets is open. You can upload your pet’s photo and add your pet’s name right on the product page, then check out securely.
How does ordering work?
Place your order and upload one clear pet photo plus your pet’s name on the product page. We review the photo and prepare a digital proof, which we email to you for approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof.
What are the price, materials, and delivery timing?
The Personalized Pet Photo Christmas Ornament is $24.99 with free U.S. shipping. It’s a ceramic ornament personalized with your pet’s photo and name. After ordering, we’ll email you a personalized design proof for approval. Once you approve it, production and delivery are currently estimated at approximately 7–9 business days. Total delivery time depends on how quickly you approve your proof. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.
