Privacy Notice
How PeacePets handles information

Who operates PeacePets
PeacePets is the brand. Deliver 4 Every1 Logistics LLC is the operator and controller responsible for the information described in this notice.

Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details needed to fulfill your purchase.
- Personalization information: your pet’s name and the pet photo you upload on the product page. Both are required to produce your personalized ornament.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. PeacePets does not see or store your card number.
- Support information: the email address and message you send when contacting support.
- Basic technical information: hosting and security systems may process request, device, browser, and security-log information needed to operate and protect the site.
We do not currently offer an email marketing list. If one is introduced later, this notice will be updated before any signup is offered.
Why we use it
We use order and personalization information to produce your ornament — including reviewing image quality, cropping, spelling, and print placement, and preparing your digital proof — to communicate with you about your order, and to provide support. We use support information to respond to inquiries and privacy requests. We use necessary technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Pet photo handling and access
Pet photos are used only to produce your ornament and provide order support. We protect uploaded photos with two measures in place today: the server denies direct web requests to the photo-upload folder (a request for a photo’s web address without authorization is refused), and viewing is limited to authorized order handling through a staff-only process. As with any internet-connected system, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access is impossible. We do not sell your pet photos or use them for marketing without your separate permission.
Photo retention and deletion
Pet photos uploaded with an order are retained while needed to produce and support that order. You may request deletion of your pet photo at any time by contacting support@peacepets.store; deletion requests are handled manually by our team — email us from the address used for the order and include the pet’s name so we can locate the file. We are not aware of any legal obligation requiring us to retain pet photos; if one applied, we would retain the photo only as required. We do not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.
Our hosting provider keeps automated backups for a limited period. A photo deleted from the live site may remain in a recent backup until those backups expire.
Closed support inquiries are reviewed for removal after 12 months.
Shipping and fulfillment
Ornaments are made to order. We use Printful, Inc. (“Printful”) as our third-party fulfillment provider to print, pack, and ship your ornament. To fulfill your order, we share your name, shipping address, order details, and your personalized ornament design (your pet’s photo and pet’s name, as shown in your approved proof) with Printful. Printful processes this information to fulfill orders and for other purposes described in its privacy policy. Orders include free U.S. shipping. Shipping options and estimated timelines will be provided before customers place an order.
Service providers
The website uses WordPress hosted by Hostinger. Stripe processes payments; PeacePets does not store card numbers. Hostinger email supports our public support mailbox. Printful, Inc. prints, packs, and ships personalized ornaments as our fulfillment provider. These providers may process information on our behalf to provide, secure, and maintain their services.
Data security
We use HTTPS encryption across the site, block uploaded pet photos from public web access, and limit photo viewing to authorized order handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Contact support@peacepets.store to ask what information PeacePets holds about you or to request correction or deletion. Provide only the information needed to identify the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, authentication codes, or unnecessary identity documents.
Updates
We may update this notice when the site, product, or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
