Description
About these photos: These photos show our standard ornament design (the sample is personalized with the name “Peace”). The memorial version is the same ceramic ornament with “In Loving Memory” scripted beneath your pet’s photo and name. We’ll replace these with true memorial photos as soon as our first memorial sample arrives — we won’t show you a design we haven’t actually made.
In Loving Memory — your pet’s photo and name on a ceramic keepsake, with ‘In Loving Memory’ scripted beneath. Because the ones we love most deserve a place on the tree, every year. $24.99, free U.S. shipping — you approve the proof before we make it.
After ordering, we’ll email you a personalized design proof for approval. Once you approve it, production and delivery are currently estimated at approximately 7–9 business days. Total delivery time depends on how quickly you approve your proof. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
How ordering works
- Place your order on this page — upload one clear photo of your pet and type their name exactly as you’d like it to appear.
- We design your ornament — we review the photo, crop it, and lay out your pet’s name with “In Loving Memory” scripted beneath it.
- You get a proof by email — a digital preview of your exact ornament.
- You approve it — reply to the proof email; nothing is produced before you approve.
- We make it and ship it — tracking is emailed to you the moment it ships.
Our proof promise
Our proof promise: Production begins only after you approve your proof — nothing is made until you say it looks right. If something’s off — the crop, the spelling, the placement — tell us on the proof email and we’ll fix it before anything is produced. Changed your mind? You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve your proof, and if you never approve it, nothing is produced and you may cancel for a full refund.
