Track vaccines, medications, weight, vet visits and spending for up to 6 pets in one tidy spreadsheet that works in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
How this was made: I designed this tracker for PeacePets with help from AI tools. I set the creative direction, chose the features and reviewed and tested the formulas before listing it.
WHAT’S INSIDE (10 tabs)
• Start Here: quick setup instructions
• Dashboard: for each pet, the next vaccine due, overdue count, active medications, next refill, latest weight, next vet follow-up and spending this year
• Pets: profiles for up to 6 pets, with age calculated automatically
• Vaccines: enter the date given and how many months the vaccine lasts. The next-due date, days left and status (Up to date, Due soon, Overdue, Renewed) fill in automatically, and you can change the due-soon window
• Medications: dose, frequency, refill interval, next refill date and Active/Ended status
• Weight: one column per pet, plus a summary (latest, first, change, goal) and a weight-over-time chart that updates itself
• Vet Visits: findings, treatment, cost and follow-up alerts
• Expenses: dropdown categories, all-time and this-year totals
• Expense Summary: pick a year to see monthly totals by category and by pet, a budget vs. spent figure and a category chart
• Lists: edit dropdown choices (species, expense categories, units)
The file includes example pets (Biscuit the dog and Mango the cat) so you can see how it works. Type over them or delete them.

REQUIREMENTS
Google Sheets (free) or Excel 2019, Microsoft 365, or Excel for Mac. Some formulas (MINIFS) need Excel 2019 or newer.

• Colors may look slightly different on different screens and printers.
• Form fields work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some browser viewers don’t save typed entries.
• The planner is a record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary advice.
